Steve was very responsive, answering emails and texts very quickly and always picking up our calls. He was particularly helpful as our closing approached. We do not live nearby, therefore, it was a big help that Steve stepped up to take care of some of the details (finding contractors, the fire alarm inspection, water meter reading etc.) that would have been hard for us to accomplish. And finally I believe that he gave us important advice during the process of negotiating a final deal, his extensive experience showed.”
